What this service is

UniManzil is an information and guidance service. We publish scholarship listings that a person has checked against the official source, and we sell human review and consultation as described on the services page.

We are not a university, a funding body, a recruitment agency or a law firm. We do not admit anybody, award anybody funding, or issue anybody a visa. Nothing on this site is a promise that any of those things will happen.

Listings and accuracy

Every listing is checked against the official source before publication and carries a link to that source. Funding bodies change their rules without notice, so always confirm eligibility and deadlines on the official page before you rely on them. Where a listing and the official page disagree, the official page is right and our listing is out of date.

Some of our copy starts as a machine-generated draft. Every one is read and corrected by a person before it is published. That is a process, not a guarantee: a reviewer can still be wrong, and a rule that was correct last month can change.

Consultations

A consultation request is a request, not a booking. We read it and reply with a time, or decline it and say why. A time is confirmed only when we have both agreed it in writing. Nothing is charged before you agree the scope.

If you cannot attend a confirmed time, tell us as early as you can and we will move it where we can.

Prices and payment

While the platform is in its last pass, every service on this site is offered at 70% off the full price, and the career direction assessment and the first consultation are free. The full price is shown beside the discounted one, and it comes back when the platform opens. Nothing is charged before you agree the scope in writing.

Prices are in US dollars. Paid work is invoiced and settled by bank transfer. We never take card payments, and we never ask for payment details by email. Work begins once the payment is verified.

Refunds

This applies to paid work. A free consultation has nothing to refund. You get a full refund when:

• you cancel before we start the work;
• we never deliver the service you paid for;
• you were charged twice for the same job.

If work has already started, we refund the part that was not done and tell you how we worked that out. Ask within 30 days of paying, and the money goes back to the account it came from. To ask, write to contact@unimanzil.com with the invoice number.

Documents you send us

You keep the copyright in your CV, your statement and anything else you send. You give us permission to store it and to have a reviewer read it, which is the only thing we need in order to do the job you asked for. We do not publish your documents, and we do not use them as examples without asking you first.

Do not send documents you do not have the right to share, and do not present somebody else's work as your own.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, use the free material for your own applications, and share links to our pages. You may not scrape the site in bulk, republish our listings as your own, resell access, or attempt to reach data that is not yours. Automated access that ignores robots.txt is a breach of these terms.

Liability

We work to be accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them, but the service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision a university, a funder, an employer or an immigration authority makes, for a deadline you missed, or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site.

Where we are liable for a paid service, our total liability for that service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which UniManzil is registered, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us goes to the courts of that place.
