Services

Human help. The first conversation is free.

Two things decide the outcome of an application: what you choose to study, and whether the research behind it holds up. Those are our core services, and they come first. Everything after them gets the paperwork right. The first consultation is free, and the rest is upto 90% off until the platform launches.

Core

What we are actually for.

Choosing the field, and making the research stand up. Get these right and the rest of the application gets easier.

Career direction assessment

Most applicants choose a field first and look for funding second. It works better the other way round. Work out what you are good at, then find the countries that pay for it.

  • A short assessment of interests, strengths and what you want from work, taken online
  • A 10-minute call with an adviser who has read your answers before you speak
  • Three fields ranked, with the reason each one fits and the reason it might not
  • Two or three majors per field, and the countries that fund that field well
  • A written summary you keep, so the next conversation starts where this one ended
Freeconsultation

Best if you are choosing a degree, changing direction, or finishing one and unsure what to apply for.

Research topic and proposal guidance

A proposal is usually rejected for a reason visible on the first page: the topic is too broad, the gap is not real, or the method does not answer the question the title asks.

  • Three candidate topics, each with the gap it fills and a note on feasibility
  • A reading list to start from, not a bibliography to copy
  • An outline that follows the structure the call itself asks for
  • A supervisor and programme shortlist where the topic actually fits
  • One round of written feedback on the draft you produce
$99$19USD

Best for master's and PhD applicants who need a supervisor to say yes.

Literature review and reading plan

A proposal is only as good as the reading behind it, and most applicants read too much of the wrong thing. We map the field first, then tell you what to read and what to take from each paper.

  • A map of the field: the handful of papers that define it, and what each one settled
  • A reading order, with what to extract from each source before you move on
  • The gap stated in two sentences you can defend in a proposal or an interview
  • A reference manager set up, so the citations are right from the first draft
$89$16.70USD

Best before you write the proposal, not after.

Research paper and thesis support

Structure, method and English, in that order. We do not write your thesis. We make sure the argument is visible and that the sentences stop getting in its way.

  • A chapter-level structure plan, with what each chapter has to prove
  • A methodology review before you collect the data, not after
  • Line editing in English for writers whose first language is not English
  • A reference and citation check against the style your department uses
$119$35.70USD

Best for a thesis in progress, or a paper you are about to submit.

Applying

Once you know what you are aiming at.

The documents, the deadlines and the interview. Each one fixes a different way an application fails.

Profile and university matching

You know your grades and your budget. What is harder to know is which scholarships you can realistically win, and which ones would cost you a month for nothing.

  • A shortlist that fits your grades, test scores and funding need
  • Each one ranked, with the reason it is on the list
  • A note on what we left off, and why
  • A 30-minute call to talk through it
$59$17.70USD

Best for a first application cycle, or a second one that did not go well.

CV and ATS optimisation

Most scholarship portals read your CV with software before a person ever sees it. A two-column design with text inside a table can reach that software almost empty.

  • A line-by-line rewrite of your CV
  • A keyword map against the programme you are targeting
  • A clean single-column file that parses
  • Notes on what changed and why
$19$4.70USD

Best for strong experience that the CV is not showing.

Scholarship document assessment

Send your statement of purpose, motivation letter or research plan. An automated pass marks it against the usual criteria, then a person reads it and writes the feedback that actually matters.

  • An automated first pass: structure, clarity, evidence, fit
  • Written feedback from a human reviewer
  • The paragraphs that weaken the case, quoted
  • One round of questions by email
$79$23.70USD

Best for a draft that is finished but not convincing.

Statement of purpose coaching

Sixty minutes, one document, one person who has read a lot of these. We work on structure, evidence, and the paragraph a selection committee remembers.

  • A 60-minute session, online
  • A plan for the statement before you rewrite it
  • Line-level notes on the opening and the close
  • A short written summary afterwards
$79$19.70USD

Best when you know what to say and cannot make it land.

Book this

Interview preparation

A mock panel interview with a written debrief, built around the questions funding committees actually ask rather than the generic ones.

  • A 45-minute mock panel
  • The funding questions, not the warm-up ones
  • A written debrief with what to fix
  • A short list of questions to ask them
$59$10.70USD

Best for shortlisted applicants, or anyone who freezes on funding questions.

Application package review

The whole submission read as one application: CV, statement, references and transcript. Consistency is what most packages lose, and it is the easiest thing to fix early.

  • Every document read together, not one at a time
  • A consistency check on dates, titles and claims
  • Deadline readiness: what is missing, what needs a signature
  • A prioritised list of fixes before you submit
$99$24.70USD

Best for a deadline inside four weeks.

Payment

How booking and payment work.

The consultation is free. Everything else is 70% off until launch, and nothing is charged before you agree the scope.

Write to us

Use the consultation form or email. Tell us the service, your target programme and your deadline.

We agree the scope

We confirm what is included and what is not, and tell you the discounted price in writing before anything starts.

You pay by transfer

Bank transfer only, in US dollars, against an invoice. Send us the receipt and we verify it. We never ask for card details.

We start the work

Work begins once the payment clears. Most services come back in three to five working days.

The figure with a line through it is the full price. The figure beside it is what you pay while the platform is in its last pass. When it opens, the full price comes back and the consultation stays free.

Questions

About the services.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The career direction assessment is free, and so is the first conversation about which service you need, if any. No card, no deposit, and no obligation to book anything afterwards.

What happens to the price after launch?

The crossed figure is the full price and it comes back when the platform opens. Book before then and you pay the discounted one. We do not raise a price after you have agreed it.

Can I pay by card or PayPal?

No. Every paid service is invoiced and settled by bank transfer. It keeps the paperwork clean on both sides, and it means no card details pass through this site or through email.

What if I cancel?

If you cancel before we start, you are refunded in full. If work has begun, we refund the part that was not done. The details are in our terms.

How long does a review take?

Three to five working days for a document assessment or a CV. A research proposal or a package review takes up to seven if there is a lot to read. Tell us your deadline when you write and we will say whether it is realistic before you pay.

Do you work with applicants from any country?

Yes, as long as we can work in English. Most of the applicants we help are applying to Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia and East Asia.

Who reads my document?

A member of our review team, and nobody else. Your file is not published, not used as an example, and not shown to another applicant. You keep the copyright in everything you send.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us where you are in the process. We will point you at the right service, or tell you that you do not need one.
